Welcome to Charlotte River Farms
We are a family-owned and operated micro-farm located in Middle Tennessee. For the past three years, we have been proudly serving our community with high-quality, sustainable, ethically-raised animals and produce. From farm fresh eggs and fresh cut flowers, to workshops and special events, Charlotte River Farms is your local family farm.
Farmstand Favorites
From fresh cut flowers, to farm fresh eggs, to local honey, fresh herbs, homemade cough syrups, tallow lotions, soaps, and more - we are always working on bringing homemade and homegrown organic items to our farmstand for our community. Our Farmstand is located on our farm. It is self-serve and stocked as we have availability in season. We also are stationed at farmers markets on weekends, so make sure to follow on Facebook and Instagram for our schedule and product availability.

Our Animals
Our farm is home to a variety of heritage breed animals, including juliana pigs, turkeys, rabbits, chickens, and ducks. We raise our animals on pasture, allowing them to graze and forage in a natural and humane environment. Our animals are never given hormones or antibiotics, and we will only vaccinate our day-old specialty pullets at customer request.
We are working to have our petting zoo portion of the farm open by this upcoming spring for everyone to enjoy, so stay tuned!

Our Flowers
We are working on adding new varieties to our fresch cut flower bouquets , as well as monthly subscription options, for our customers this upcoming spring. We are grateful to be surrounded by a community and customers that are patient and loving as we learn and grow.
“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

Our Farm
At Charlotte River Farms, we believe in honoring tradition, respecting the generations that came before us, and a more simple way of life. Our home, nicknamed “Pop-Pop’s House” is in honor of our late patriarch, with whom is the only reason we have this farm today. We believe in sustainable agricultural practices and strive to minimize our environmental impact. We use organic farming practices, conserve water, and prioritize the use of renewable resources. We are working to offer starter plants beginning this upcoming spring, allowing our wonderful clients to grow their own herbs and produce. We are working to bring specialty chicks, cinnamon, english-spot, and silver-fox rabbits, juliana piglets, and Nigerian dwarf kids to you this upcoming spring and summer of 2026 and are busy making improvements to the farm to make this goal a realty.

Our Story
I‘m Erin Marie, mama to Aidan James. When God blessed me with motherhood, I was tasked with nurturing, protecting, loving and teaching that little soul; redirecting my life and giving me purpose. In order to give Aidan a slower-paced, nature-filled childhood, I needed to modify my career and find other opportunities that allowed Aidan to learn and grow right along with me. Spending summers on my families farm growing-up, and the self-sufficiency, discipline, adaptability, and nature-loving mindset it fostered within me; I wanted to be able to give Aidan a piece of something similar. And so, Charlotte River Farms was born.
We may be small, but we are determined to provide quality small-batch products and heritage animals to our community. We are fortunate for what we have learned over the last three years and for what we continue to learn as we grow this family-business with our neighbors, friends, and local communities love and support.
